Frequently Asked Questions

What is trauma-informed care?
How do you support neurodivergent individuals?

We recognise neurodivergence as part of human diversity and embrace the social model of disability - seeing barriers in society, not the person, as the challenge. Our care is neuro-affirming, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

What therapy approaches do you use?

Yes. We provide therapy under Medicare through Focussed Psychological Strategies (FPS), which means you can access a rebate when referred by your GP with a Mental Health Treatment Plan.

We are committed to LGBTQIA+ affirming care.
How can I get started?

We provide WPATH letters and offer inclusive, sexuality- and gender-affirming care.

Do you support NDIS participants?

We take an eclectic and holistic approach, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, and DBT). This means we tailor support to each person’s unique needs, values, and goals - considering not just mental health, but also identity, relationships, and overall wellbeing.

We specialise in supporting NDIS participants to improve functional capacity, emotional wellbeing, and quality of life.
